There are no courses named "Lying 101", "Finger Crossing" or "Advanced Glove Size Demonstration". But law schools do offer courses on how to best represent their clients, even the guilty ones.
Law school courses such as "TRIAL ADVOCACY- The study and practice of trial techniques, motions, voire dire, opening statements, direct examination, cross-examination, instructions, closing argument" serve to hone student's skills, enabling them to effectively represent, as well as misrepresent the truth.
Maybe law school courses don't "encourage students to lie", but they certainly enable them to do so, and to do it well.
RJ, it's getting safer to call you an idiot every day. I'd appreciate it if you told me which classes at law school encourage students to lie.

...we'll leave out the part where they're the ones that know the law. Why would you want lawmakers with a full understanding of "legalese" and knowledge of existing legislation??
Dookie & WoT - Much of a lawyer's education and career is based on how to lie as effectively and believably as possible.
There are way too many lawyers in government.
